There’s no off-season at Prime. Year-round training is critical for athletes who want to compete at the highest level. Consistency builds confidence, toughness, and championship habits.
We strongly encourage consistent attendance, but we understand life happens. Athletes may occasionally miss, but practices continue at full intensity and pace regardless. Attendance is tracked daily.
No. To maintain a high-performance training environment, parents are not allowed in the practice room or during private lessons. This helps our athletes stay focused and eliminates distractions.

Training Olympic styles like Freestyle and Greco-Roman in the offseason is one of the best ways to elevate your wrestler’s overall game. These styles teach body control, explosive scoring, and advanced positioning that directly enhance folkstyle performance. Freestyle emphasizes dynamic leg attacks and transitions, while Greco builds elite-level hand fighting and upper-body strength. Offseason Olympic-style wrestling also offers more opportunities for national-level competition, exposure, and college recruiting. Simply put—if your athlete wants to separate from the pack, Olympic-style wrestling is a must.
Yes. We travel to local, regional and national level events to expose our wrestlers to high level competition. Each wrestler should expect to wrestle at least 40-60 matches each off season when they attend our scheduled events.
